    what should i upgrade

^ Yep, they're great CPU's for the price. You can tell the stwpping by the model name. C2 ends in "GIBOX", C3 ends in "GMBOX". OEM versions without the packaging and all that drop the "BOX" part.

The non gamer build - last check before I order tonight

I think you're right, the BIOS may be reading a bit high. Keep in mind, that's also reading from the socket. There are actually four individual temperature monitors in the CPU itself that AFAIK don't show up in the BIOS. Well that isn't strictly necessary, but it does make your data more...

    PSU Good/Bad List

Because not all of their PSU's are bad. The Xtreme series and Green series ones in particular are actually pretty decent.

how much power supply would i need.

Hold up guys...let's have a look here. If you're overclocking and/or planning on adding a second gts 450 at some point, I'd grab a 600W+ one just to be on the safe side. If not, you should easily be able to power that with a 450-500W. (Or a 430W...there are a lot of those for some reason)

    CM power 2x 560?

^ Wouldn't it be easier to get a beefier PSU?

    CM power 2x 560?

    Doesn't really make a difference.

    Power Supply upgrade

Of the three, probably the CX430. Not corsair's best work, but the CM is awful and the Antec is part of the Basiq line, which AFAIK is just a bit under corsair's CX line in performance. If you can swing it, look for an Antec High Current Gamer 400W, Neo ECO 400W, or Earthwatts EA380D. A...

    CM power 2x 560?

Hold on...funkysnair, what cooler master PSU do you have? 700W should easily be enough, and as far as I know, all of the Silent Pro models are capable of running in spec at full wattage. Wouldn't be my first choice, but they're definitely not awful.

    avg

I wouldn't think so. Although, if flash drives are often connected to it, you might do well to run an updated copy of Malwarebytes on occasion.

    Computer refuses to turn on

Actually, it is of interest. A heavy power supply implies that beefier components were used in its construction than in your average bestec or hipro. That's not to say it's not the problem here, but it does give better odds of your PSU being...eh...not crap.

    Putting components together

Hah, nice. It's always the last thing you'd expect to be wrong. :P Your motherboard should have come with a software disk containing the drivers and probably some random software. They may not be the newest drivers, but they'll get everything working. If it's the same as the picture on Newegg...

The non gamer build - last check before I order tonight

No problem man :) Apparently, the BIOS on some of these boards shows a significantly higher temperature than what Windows reads. Once you get Windows installed, download Realtemp and prime95. Realtemp will monitor the temperature readings by getting its data directly from the circuits. Prime95...

How I can Boot my Just-For-Fun OS from a Hard disk Drive?

No, the guy above you...gamerwithoutrig is form Norway. I was trying to point out that English probably isn't his first language either. That thread was mostly beyond my level of knowledge, but I take it it's possible to use a flash drive? Cool! :) I wish I could help with actually getting it...

Congratulations man! Make sure to post up some pics! :) As for TPU and EPU, TPU sounds like a good way to get some more performance without having to mess with the settings too much. EPU seems a little more complicated, but not overly so. Not sure if it's worth the effort or not since this rig...

Yeah, it's fine to leave them there. No worries :good: Use the HD audio cable...AC'97 is kind of like an older version of the same thing. As for those switches: http://www.tomshardware.com/us/press/motherboard-TPU-EPU-30

How I can Boot my Just-For-Fun OS from a Hard disk Drive?

^ He's from Norway... :P And actually, it's more random commas than verbs...your syntax is pretty good though. I'm no programmer, but I think real mode operating systems are usually pretty tiny, aren't they? Seems like it'd be easier to use a flash drive...that process is pretty much the same...

The non gamer build - last check before I order tonight

Nah man, I'm up this late all the time. :D The 8-pin is definitely the trickiest one int these cases. Best I can tell, the most common way to do it with these is to run it behind the motherboard tray and out through the CPU bracket access hole. It's a little tight, but not enough so to cause a...
