Cool, thanks, but mainly what I was looking for in the case is a 525" face plate, to cover the bay, something like that I would think would be fairly common, but I cant find those little accessories anywhere.

Is this a commercial barnd pc, or did you build it. You could add water cooling if you wanted, its a bit more expensive than using fans and such. You PC (the case) should not be an enclosed area, it cant breath there, its need to have a place where it can get cool air.

So as I understand it, you just want replace the LCD. Chance are there could be more of a problem than just that, and it me be less costly to just buy a new on. You could however check for spare parts and the like on Ebay.

go to lowes, home depot, you can buy rolls of these cables, for like 7 cents a foot, than just cut it where you need and put the connectors on each end. Its the least expensive way to go.

you might be able to buy a new one, bit I would be pretty suprised if you could open up your laptop and install it. Laptops are not supposed to upgradable, except by the manufacturer, so dont get your hopes up.

Do you mean saved favorite that link to URL's. The URL of a site you visit (I dont think this includes pop-ups) is stored in cache, and this can be cleared through the options in your browser, or by locating the folder in windows, and deleting its contents.

Follow what mrjack said, and also try booting without your ram installed, and any other devices that are not critical. It could be a problem wiht the psu or video card.

you can change some of its formatting in microsoft paint. You can do that with a lot of photo programs, adobe photo shop is particularly nice. Otherwise for basic stuff, you can even do that in MS word.

What kind of computer are looking for, anything specific? You want it for games, a highe end one, etc.? If you have the money, alienware is nice for gaming, and there are plenty of barebone kits and various computers on tigerdirect.com and newegg.com

Nice setup, thats a noisy fan though, but a lot of air flow of course. You might like the thermaltake silentcat fan.
