Are these USB cables the same?

Oh, hey man, what's up? Also, it's all good, thanks for the offer though. My mom and I are running by wal-mart because last time I was there I saw an adapter for like EVERY USB type ever invented, I'm sure it'll be in that pack.

Are these USB cables the same?

Yeah, that's the problem, I'm not really sure what the Kodak one looks like because the picture doesn't get any bigger, I'm thinking about just ordering the cable from Newegg because it's $2, if we waste $2 it's pretty much no big deal...

Are these USB cables the same?

Well, my mom lost her USB cable for her Kodak Easyshare P712, and she wanted me to find another one on newegg, after some research, I found the cable on the Kodak website, but for $25, WAY more than she wanted to spend. Than when I was looking at another cable, I noticed that it was the mini-B...

Every time I turn on my computer it installs NVIDIA nForce Class Controllers? Vista

Yeah, I know how to set it up so that there's 2 physical and logical hard drives, but I'd rather have it set so there's only 1 logical hard drive. I got it all set up just fine now though.

Every time I turn on my computer it installs NVIDIA nForce Class Controllers? Vista

Alright, cool, thanks. I bet that next time I do a re-installation, that I'll have a single big hard drive, so I won't need to set up the RAID.

Every time I turn on my computer it installs NVIDIA nForce Class Controllers? Vista

Everything I have that's important is backed up. If my RAID Array fails, I could get everything back in 3 hours at the VERY most. In my computer, I've got 2 55 GB Hard Drives (had them laying around, and don't have enough money to buy a single big hard drive, so I'm attempting to RAID those)...

Every time I turn on my computer it installs NVIDIA nForce Class Controllers? Vista

Alright, so I DEFINITELY think I figured it out this time. I just reinstalled Vista for the 5thish time this weekend. I think why it was doing this was because when I selected what hard drive I wanted, I didn't load the drivers for it. I was reading a website on how to install Vista on a RAID...

Every time I turn on my computer it installs NVIDIA nForce Class Controllers? Vista

So they should be on the Vista DVD? And than the other one, would that be on the RAID floppy disk that I had to make?

How can you find out what an Unknown Device is in the Device Manager? I have Vista.

yup, only took 1, but it came in a pack with like 6 or so. Would you happen to know the solution to my other problem? If you did, you'd be a god through my eyes because I've been working on getting this dangon thing to quit popping up all day...

How can you find out what an Unknown Device is in the Device Manager? I have Vista.

No, by Logitech. It wasn't that, it was my TV Tuner, Windows Updater said it was installing all the drivers for it, so I didn't worry about it. But since I am in the US, it didn't think to download the PAL drivers for it, and that's what the unknown device was, the PAL part of the tuner.

Every time I turn on my computer it installs NVIDIA nForce Class Controllers? Vista

Like the topic says I've got Windows Vista and EVERY SINGLE TIME that I turn on my computer, it says that it's installing NVIDIA nForce RAID Class Controller and NVIDIA nForce RAID Class Device. Even though it should be installed JUST fine the first time, it still goes through it EVERY time I...

How can you find out what an Unknown Device is in the Device Manager? I have Vista.

I think I figured out what it was, I forgot to download Setpoint (software for my wireless keyboard/mouse) I'm not 100% sure because I still have to restart, but I'm watching a movie right now, I'll let you know how it goes in like... 30 minutes.

How can you find out what an Unknown Device is in the Device Manager? I have Vista.

I bet that it's probably because I didn't use the motherboard disc. What sucks is that when I put it in the drive, it says "Please insert a disc" I bet it's the chipset. Thanks for the program. I've already got Everest, would it be any better than your program? Also, I found a program called...

How can you find out what an Unknown Device is in the Device Manager? I have Vista.

So, there's an Unidentified Device in the Device Manager, and it's always popping up telling me to install the drivers for it. I've installed EVERY driver I can think of, none of them worked. Is there any way to find out what device it is that needs the drivers?

    Would this be possible?

I was wanting to do it this way because it'd be easier. I've got the modem in my room, than there's a really long ethernet cord running over to my dad's room on the other side of the house, he was wanting to hook up my brother's computer(next room over to his) But it's hard to get an ethernet...

    Would this be possible?

My dad was wondering if it'd be possible to get a modem that's plugged into a wireless router, than have one of the leads from the wireless router plugged into another router that'd have 2 computers hooked up to it and get internet on the 2 computers.

How can I do this? I want to connect my 360 to the internet through my laptop.

Alright cool, let me make sure I understand though, you just put it anywhere where the signal reaches(not directly plugged into the router) and than it amplifies it?

How can I do this? I want to connect my 360 to the internet through my laptop.

If all I have to do is plug it in, I think my signal must just be to weak. Is there any way to increase the signal?
