    CPU cooling 92mm fan

Biased response, but I've used the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 many times and it's a really great price/performance ratio and it's pretty quiet too.

CrossfireX - Dual monitors w/ HDMI

Yes you can definitely do that. I did a quick search, and it seems that most of the time people say that you can't enable crossfire without loosing output of one card. So it seems that you were right.

    DVD's Stored Digitally?

I think mpeg will do since that's what dvds are anyway. There's tons of dvd ripping programs out there, but I'm not that familiar with this stuff. We should wait for another reply, or you could do a search on the net.

CrossfireX - Dual monitors w/ HDMI

I'm almost certain that you can actually connect across different GPUs in crossfire recently. Maybe that's CrossfireX or something I'm not sure. EDIT: No I think you're right Oh ya, that would probably work best, good call :good:

    DVD's Stored Digitally?

Not without loosing the menu and maybe some extra features. However, you may be able to find a file type that supports menus, but I doubt wmp can play it even if you find the right codecs.

    CMD or Notepad?

The "Notepad" trick are actually batch files, which are a list of commands, while CMD is a command window where you can type in these commands. Just search for windows commands.Like this for example Batch files can be very useful, like backing up different files/folders for example, just make a...

Not sure, but I replied to your thread. Thanks. It's getting old though. I'm still having trouble getting my new computer up and running (had to RMA a few things). Once I do, I'll be able to play with ATI and ATI's eyefinity stuff. Hopefully I'll have time to do an update before I go back to...

    DVD's Stored Digitally?

 ummm. No.... .iso and .wmv are to completely different file types, you can't just rename the file and hope it works. EDIT: A virtual drive is what you want. You can use such a program to mount the image file (.iso) and play it like a normal DVD (these programs will create...

best graphics for etching/laser cutting of case!

Second or third one. The last one is not very legible (to me anyway), and probably a pain to etch anyway. The first one is ok, but it reminds me of graffiti.

    ASUS VH242HL-P vs VH236HL-P

Either one will do fine for general purpose. The only difference is one has a 5ms response time and the other has a 2ms response time. You will not notice much of a difference unless you do alot of hardcore gaming. So with that being said, I'd go for the VH242HL-P because it's slightly bigger.

CrossfireX - Dual monitors w/ HDMI

Wouldn't that just clone the monitors? If not then it might work as long as you don't connect a third monitor to the same graphics card (based on the fact that these graphic cards have two timing circuits for DVI or HDMI). I'm pretty sure you can connect one monitor to one card's HDMI, and the...

Am I lucky or eventually screwed?

If the CPU starts overheating, usually there's some sort of fail safe that shuts down the computer. Your CPU may have gotten hot, but you would have noticed glitches, artifacts or crashes as it overheats and eventually shuts down. Since you didn't say anything about that, you appear to be lucky
