Oh maybe not 570's, I hadn't realized he had changed his graphics card. I thought he was still on the 560. Maybe bigfella will see this post and recommend, because he seems to be the one that knows about what PSU to get.

    What happened to PC Gaming?

We are just talking about people buying stuff in general. We just mean that people live too much in the NOW, and think, "Hey, if I get this it will last me 2 years, but I can wait a little and get this other one and it will last me 10. I want it now, who cares if it fails in 2 years?" Um...

    Office/ Small Gaming Build HELP!!!!!

Actually jonny, I would have suggested the corsair builder series one, but it was more expensive when I clicked on it to review the details. On the master list of PSUs, it was like $75, and $55 after mir. But once I clicked on it, it was like $95. Maybe it was a glitch in my computer, but...

    What happened to PC Gaming?

Yep you are absolutely right. I mean I am even like that at some points. However, if I know that I can get better quality if I wait, then I'll definitely wait.

    building first gaming computer

Well the games won't be at high settings or anything. But you will definitely be able to play without too much lag, if you are on low settings. $500 is a tough gaming build budget, because if you want a good graphics card, that takes about a third of your budget. If you can maybe save up a...

Change that power supply to Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, Silverstone, XFX, or PC Power and Cooling. Here is one that I would recommend, as Rosewill just doesn't make very good power supplies. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256071 Also, since your Motherboard is 6.0...

Gigabyte is also a reputable brand, but they are pretty close. So if you want to save some money then go for the Sapphire.

    building my first desktop

Well kind of. If you put the disc in, it should download all the needed drivers. The processor disc will probably mainly just download a utility to modify the CPU and it's cores, at least that's basically what mine did. Your motherboard disc will have a lot of drivers and utilities however.

What do you like to do with a computer?

Oh really, well then why haven't we advanced that technology yet? *Looks down at phone* Oh yeah, we want little handheld devices to stare at constantly. I'm not going to lie, I do use my phone a lot and will use it a lot when I get a new one, hopefully a smart phone. But seriously, my physics...

    What happened to PC Gaming?

That's a very true statement Stranglehold. But that's for two reasons. One, people don't know that it is much cheaper to build one. Two, people are too lazy to build one themselves or have a friend do it. Actually I just thought of third one, people want things now, they don't want to have...
