Memory and DVD Burner Questions - Real Easy and Quick

I doubt that it will be dual-channel. Usually dual-channel comes in kits of two sticks. As far as the hard drives go... maybe Monarch Computer just didn't notice they are selling the 200GB for more than the 250GB.

How much do I sell it for?

That's pretty close to my build... a little bit better. I spent around $870 on mine, so I think you'd be able to sell that for $800-$850 considering it's used.

    Laptop Decision

My brother just got a Powerbook G4 and he loves it. He uses it primarily for schoolwork (programming, writing papers and such), and he's found it to be very practical. Even though the price is a little steep, the aesthetics of the laptop and portability are very desireable characteristics.

SLi mobo or non SLi mobo

Well... I believe SLI will just be an option for those who are either rich or obsessed with having the best performance. That 9800Pro is AGP. You need a PCI-e card. An X600XT would be a good choice if all you're doing is playing CS. I'd suggest spending a little more, if possible, and getting a 6600GT. It will give you quite a bit better performance for just a little more money.

is this a good combo to get???

Haha, no. You can configure on your computer what you want the output of your soundcard to be. Just set it to 5.1 and you'll be great. I have 7.1 onboard but I only have two speakers, so I just set it up to output two channels.

    Computer

Well what OS are you planning on using? Pretty much all of the most current OS's run pretty slow on 256MB, so I'd recommend upgrading to at least 512MB. However, if you don't want to spend the money, 256MB would be okay.
