According to Antec website,your PSU is supposed to be "silent",that means that the fan has to operate in low speed.I think you don't have to worry yet.

Obviously you must set the correct IP for each pc.Propably your modem uses a different IP for ethernet and USB connections(check the manual).Also if it's possible give more details about your configuration.

What kind of monitor you have?Maybe you have set refresh rate and/or screen resolution higher than your monitor can support...

I don't know if there's any software,but here you can find a good list of what should and shouldn't be runnnig.

You can choose between IDE hard disk and SATA hard disk.I suggest going for SATA,it's faster.

Are you using an original Windows cd?

Obviously the new dvd burner is not working as it should.If you have the chance,you could try to install it to another pc and see how it behaves there.

Solution 1 is to read your motherboards manual,it explains what exactly each beep sequense means. Solution 2 is to try replacing each part of hardware until you find which one causes the problem. Also try to remove the ram chips and place them again making sure they are mounted correctly.
