your not really going to be able to increase your framrates over what they are now. 1100 is onboard and its not very good. it looks like you have a laptop so you cant put a gfx card in there.

okay your cpu is passable, could use an overclock. as far as your graphics, a 7100 is onboard and is completely useless for gaming. get a new one.

no, whatever the onboard memory uses will reduce RAM recognized down from 4gb. if you have no vram in yoursystem and no gfx sharing with your ram then windows will recognize 4gigs of RAM

the latest video cards run on PCIe, before that was AGP, and I believe PCI was the one before that. There are some video cards you can buy that will fit in your PCI slot but they are outdated. no more so than the processor though so you would have a balanced machine...

for me realtemp is better because it has such a better layout. and when i had my C2D it read 5c hotter than coretemp and id rather be safe than sorry.
