If you are using that pentium D then there is your problem. My Pentium 4 cant keep up with the gt and a D has the same fsb so it shouldnt be that much better.

I never said (or tried to say at least) games would run better on a 64bit os rather than a 32bit one. I was simply trying to state that to me just running the os it self would be faster on 64bits rather than 32.

Thanks to Europeans Office no longer is bundled with any version of Windows. Yes you need to buy a copy of Office and I think that there is an Office basic if you just need word. Free alternative is OpenOffice which is actually based off of Office.

the xclio wind tunnel has great airflow... but they have made it even better now with the advanced version. i can have my cpu idling at 19C and my 8800gt at 40C in the wind tunnel on low.
