Well im just sharing what the radioshack people told me....

I went back to radio shack where i purchased some brand new earbuds and asked them about their performance while using them at a public terminal pc and told them about the audio issues im having and they told me that the problem is the public pc terminals because they might have viruses...

If a public terminal pc has viruses, malware, spyware, ect, could all of this potentially affect the audio if someone is using earbuds connected to the tower and theyre listening to youtube or any other website?

And this is the only way possible? What about other methods? What are 100% sure ways to rule out its not the buds themselves?

I used some new earbuds while watching a show online and worked fine but when I was on YouTube I got choppy feedback like only one of the two worked, why is that? Why on one website it worked fine but not on another if it was the same computer? What might be the issue here?

Was the internet in its infancy back in January of 2000? Some websites were not fully developed like today… gillette.com on archive.org looks real baby compared to their current website, why is that? I cant even find shave tips back then like todays website shows...
