Hi im deciding between the Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 and the Corsair A70. A couple of questions 1) What will cool my i7 950 @ 3.7GHZ better? 2) Will I be able to fit the A70 with a side panel fan on the Fractal define R3? 3) Which is quieter?

i will definetly not be overclocking as high as 4GHZ but mabey 3.5-3.7 Ghz and there will not be any GPU overclocking
