I've had this for a long time. Today I'm going to try to get rid of it. I have tried CCleaner, Norton, and Malwarebytes to no avail. How do I solve this?

I reset my password and successfully logged into my Asus control panel. But every time I try to update the firmware, I get an error message.

The above 2 tests were done with my laptop. Unplugging and using WiFi gives the following result: I can't remember my router's password, but I will try to find it.
