£300 - £400 build

My mate wants to build a pc for about £300 - £400 cheaper if possible. He wants to use it for a bit of casual gaming, nothing major and streaming movies can you recommend me the parts for a quality build?

Football manager mainly maybe something like total war type of games, and yeah il that would be great if it can do the job.

Comes to £392 including VAT. That will be a good build for casual gaming.

if i swapped the corsair cx 430 for the 600 its only an extra £10 on ebay and changed the ssd for a 500gb seagate barracuda (saves £50 and has more gb) would that still be compatible with the mobo
