£50 with Ebuyer for a new card - which one?

My card went bad and I sent it back to Ebuyer who tested it, and agreed it was faulty. The card (a Zotac 9600GT 512Mb) is now no longer sold by them, and so I need to pick a new one.

ATI or NVidia are fine, not fussed, and I don't mind paying and extra £10-30 if it means I will get a big jump in performance.

Can anyone see any worth getting? http://www.ebuyer.com/

That's the one. another option is ATI 4730, it looks faster from spec...

If you are OK to pay up to £70, get ATI 4770. That would be a lot better than 4670
