É=? in msn wtf??

Everytime in msn when i do a question mark it says É, And its not just that alot of other keys are different from what they should be. Why is this? How do i change it so its correct?

could me what language you have got... i'm not sure how you would fix it.

Exactly what i was going to say - make sure you Keyboard driver is in english

And check the default language for your OS system.

To change your keyboard from French to English you go to start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Opinions-> English United States

That should do it
