Hi, everyone!
I recently installed UCheck. This is a tool for updating applications. Now I am trying to establish a connection using Zoho but I get the error "Network connection problem". I checked the internet connection it works fine! This is just my guess, but can you tell me if UCheck can affect Zoho? Or maybe someone knows another reason for this error, I will be very grateful for your help!

Hi, I don't think the problem is with the UCheck app. If the internet connection is fine, then most likely the problem is in the settings. If you use Avast antivirus, it may block Zoho Assist. In this case, you need to check the antivirus exceptions or exclusions settings.
To do this: double-click on the antivirus icon to open the UI. Avast: Home > Settings > General > Exclusions.
I had this problem and it helped me to solve it.
In addition, to configure a firewall to work with Zoho Assist, you need to check a few settings:
- Go to the firewall and proxy settings to exclude Domains;
- while also in the firewall settings, permit/allow specific ports;
- within the firewall, include executable files or exclude directories.
