~€115 budget, what should I get

As it says in the title, I've got a ~€115 budget for Christmas, and I'm looking for something that's better (at least by a little bit) than my laptop.

I'd be looking for a monitor too.

My laptop specs are:

On that budget, you aren't getting anything except used and something out of date. Minimum budget should be around $400 USD. And you want a monitor as well for this $115 budget? You want a laptop or a desktop?

Either would be fine for me.
I was thinking saving up through next year to get a computer and a monitor.

I'd save, anything at that price won't be worth it in a year or two.

If you just want to play games pick up a used console.

The gaming experience on that will be ass. As per others an xb1 or ps4 would probably be the best bet.
