0x0000007B makes me :( ...help!

This is what microsoft said to do but i still have not had much success....any advice???

Its a Dell Dimension E520...


It only happens when i load up a windows CD to reformat...right after its done loading the drivers or whatever the windows CD does it blue screens.. I can never reformat basically because of this and i need to because its impossible to get into any operating system at the moment.

And suggestions??

Once again. I tried this multiple times and all it does is it gets ready to load up windows installer then crashes to a blue screen of death. That is the easiest way i can state this problem. Any ideas???

The computer had multiple virus's on it before i reformatted...I couldn't even reformat using the windows cd i had to take the drive out and use some dongle to connect it via usb to another PC and just format it that way...After that i placed it back into the computer load the cd in and when its finished "loading" whatever it loads it just blue screen of death's itself.

Please help me even just a suggestion is fine even if you don't know whats going on because im clueless.

I cant even get to this step (check this screenshot http://web.qx.net/rburgess/storage/XPrepair/2.gif ) it happens right before this step..... ughhhh

well still trying to find anyone who has a solution/suggestion for this problem. If anyone has an idea let me know..im pretty stuck at this point...
