when I open up IE about 75% of the time it dosent load and tryes to go to the IP address 1.0.0.0
How do I fix this
also the links on most web pages dont work
(ex. google.com)
 
ive got brodband (DSL)
i have a network and the computers on it can get on the internet fine

In Control panel/network connections you should see your internet connection (your lan if connected by a network cable). rightclick on it and goto properties. double click the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and make sure your'e set to receive an IP address automatically.
