Just wanted a quick opinion on my new monitor purchase. Just as the title describes, what would you rather have.

And if anyone can help me find a good monitor for a good price, please post it. Thanks

Def two 22", dual monitors is VERY useful once you get used to it. At first you might not be able to fully utilize both monitors, but after a while you'll be glad you have two :).

Also agreed. I'll go no larger than a single 19" monitor and no higher count than 1 :). As for your question though, if I had to choose I would choose 2 smaller monitors rather than one large one.

Rove.

The 24" LCD's arent worth it, for $540 you can get an open box 28" LCD. I would go with a single 22", but if you want a lot of screen space, then get two of them.

multi-20's

horizontal workspace is much more useful than vertical

and too large a screen is too tiring.

any time you have to move your eyes up and down is just added unnecessary eyestrain

Those are good if you need a lot of work space, but it's so annoying trying to game or watch movies on multiple displays.

just hook up a tv for movies/games

inexpensive solution

in fact, i just bought my new 65" mitsubishi 1080P tv for less than the price of a 30" apple monitor.

computer peripherals are grossly overpriced
