Hi I have an Alienware Aurora R3
3.4 Ghz- Intel Core i7-2600 cpu
8 gig ram
2 Nvidia GTS 450 Video Cards
Liquid cooled. Windows 7
My problems are this:
My Alienware command center will only display an error about 2 pages long.
I tried to re-install drivers, and update, still get the same errors.
my computer beeps 1 time when starting. manual says this is an BIOS ROM Checksum error....,no clue what this means.
I continuously get "critical Errors" and crashing when playing world of warcraft.
I now get a message from comman line: Hidden start v2.1...I have no clue what this is.
my computer will do an automatic restart, and its not for updates. I have seen the "blue screen" of death with nothing running. Also, i experience a black screen while in the middle of playing wow too. any help any one can give me? I dont want to go back to dell, it took them 4 months to fix my last computer problem

might need to just do a clean install of win7 or at least run defraggler through a few sweeps, also a check disk may help, if you right click on your hdd and go to properties then the tools tab there is the option for check disk. there are more things but those are my first thoughts, along with what is your anti-virus software, you'll want to run it too if it hasn't been ran lately.
 
If you have been getting blue screens then do the following.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

ok after hours of research I found this

One problem I had was the update for the NET Framework was corrupt. I fixed that. I ran memory tests nothing came back. checked disk for errors ...nothing. I am still getting critical errors

when I play wow. its very frustrating. is there any automatic "fixit" downloads that are safe? or any easy fixes u all could help me with?

What I would start doing is uninstall all the netframework software and go from there. Netframework is not needed unless you have software that requires it to run correctly. Still seems like you have a memory issue though. What memory test did you run? How long did you let it run for?
 
I was finally able to remove the updated NET Framework. The memory test I ran is the one that comes with the computer and runs the test at the start up of the computer. Report just said "Found No Problems" . Today I was playing World of Warcraft and my computer crashed into a Blue screen, then went to another blue screen and I had to manually shut it down.
 
Sounds like a tuff one... I'm guessing you purchased this computer recently... and I also think DELL owns Alienware now.... Did you purchase the at home warranty? You can always contact dell and they will send you new parts one by one...This sounds like software... but
I have had dell send me a newer , faster computer after three attempts not working out.
