1 min lag when click my computer "HELP"

Hi, i just recently had to replace my motherboard and i have just about everything back to were it was before. Except this one problem that keep occuring that didnt use to happen before i replaced MoBo. When i boot up my comp i have severe lag to load the windows bar at the bottom with start menu and stuff, but after that loads it is fine after. But when i click my computer a flashlight comes up and has to search for my drives and etc... in my computer, it does this everytime i click it and it get very annoying. Anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this?!

and about the spyware i just had everything professionally installed and all spyware removed "that cant be the case" My hard drives were also recently defragged.
 
Sounds almost like a drive/network issue. What all is located under My Computer? No networked drives? I assume your CD-ROM is empty? Does it work? Any other errors?

See if this works. When in my comptuer click on tool and folder options in the sub-menu. Click on the view tab and uncheck automatically search for network adapters and printers.
