1 sata and one really slow drive

i have 1 Hdd in my Dell 5150 at the moment and i need some more storage so i want to use an old Hdd from my emachine which is years and years old. can i put this into my dell as well?

i have the space and its purely for storage!

It all depends on what drive interfaces you have available and what interface the hard drive you're trying to add uses. I think many dell's have all but moved away from IDE, and not knowing how "old' you drive is, it may or may not use IDE...
