100% Computer Usage & svchost.exe

My computer just started doing this last week...

It works ok until I try to get on explorer or use any larger programs. The task manager says that the computer usage gets up to 100% and any open IE windows freeze. I noticed that there are about 6 or 7 svchost.exe 's listed in task manager. I assumed it was a virus, so I scanned my computer with norton antivirus. It found nothing, so I downloaded avast. It found nothing.

Help! I'm getting really frustrated that I can't do anything on my computer.

I'm almost 100% positive it's not a virus, but I too have it 6 or 7 times in my task manager, but my CPU usage is only 1% atm. Personally I don't want to stop it because I don't what it is and what would happen if I do. Anyone know exactly what this stupid program is?
 
svchost is not a virus.....usually. if it is using 100% of your CPU i would guess its caused by a program that is locking up, please post a hijack this log
