%100 CPU usage oh my oh my!

I posted this in the laptop section as well because there seems to be more people looking at it, and I'm using one. this might be the most appropriate section though.

"So..I got rid of most startup things, a bunch of services (I researched them and am pretty sure they were ok to get rid of). I couldnt any kind of viruses as far as I can tell, I went to safe mode, in the admin. user, and it still went to %80 something percent when I tried to open firefox. I ran this registry problem thing called uniblue registry booster, and it said there were 250 problems, but it wont fix them unless you buy it. I dont know if that has anything to do with anything. Anyone know what else to do? Even the startup music lags and skips.

How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
 
i would just press ctrl + alt + del and find the program zapping up all 100 precent of your cpu and end it then uninstall it
