Why are my CPU Usage always so high when playing games if anyone got some reason pls post im open to anything and everything 
. it is only high when i am playing a game. and i dont think that should be using 100% of the cpu.
for starters there is no virus/spyware/adware(ran like 3 dif spyware programs and serveral virus ones and adware ones)-i turned off everything accept nortan - and one other needed thing for the computer to run. I defraged my computer deleted temp internet files cookies etc.

Amd Athlon Xp 3200 - BARTON - 2.2Ghz
