I would of noticed that.

It's not showing.

The performance is high, windows is laggy and it takes 3-4 mins at start up when it loads.

not in best order but you get me.

You said your cpu is at 100%. What process is using it? Does it not show in task manager proccesses tab? Make sure the "show processes from all users" is checked.

The all users process bot is checked.

The process using the cpu doesn't show up.

But task manager does show that my cpu performance is at 100%.

Can the process be hidden? Someway?
