I believe I have everything. The total after shipping is $1375. I want to cut that down to about $1200. Any ideas?

Also, does everything above work together well?

Thanks

Is there any hardware you already have? like DVD drives, monitors, keyboards etc? i cant help but reuse some old parts that work just fine.

You could look for a cheaper case. also look for things with free shipping if you dont already.

Keyboard/Mouse I could probably reuse.

Otherwise not really.

well that could potentially be $42 off your total.

also, try sourcing your parts through google shopping to see if you can get them cheaper somewhere else. i usually do that.

You could save $35 on the RAM unless you have to have 8 gb right now. Get 1600.

Sign up for Newegg eblast.
Neo Eco 620 $45. Code EMCKHKJ42 + rebate altho it's more than needed for 1 6950 and not enough for 2, the price is right. However, A more appropriate wattage/amps would be better. And if your planning on adding a second gpu later on, then that matters too

Coolermaster Centurion. :) Figured I would add another good-looking ~$50 case to the mix. Thermaltake VR case goes for $40-45 as well. Also, there's the Antec 100, which is very similar to the 300 with a few differences, and goes for the same price. ($60 on newegg)

Edit: If you're trying to cut down on your build price, just wanted to throw out that it is better to cut what you can out of the "cosmetic" parts of your build before the stuff that actually affects performance. Sure, someone could argue that a case affects performance due to cooling aspects. But for the most part, things like the case, keyboard, and mouse don't matter too much. I suggest you spend as little money on them as you can bear, to cut back. Another suggestion is the HDD. Nowadays, its tough to pass up larger HDDs simply because they cost little more than smaller ones. But if you DON'T need a larger HDD, might as well go for a smaller, cheaper one if you can stand the concept of it. The Samsung Spinpoint 320GB 7200 drive would offer great performance from a non-SSD HDD, and would give you plenty of space for a pure gaming rig. You can always add another HDD later on too.
