$1000 to build a gaming computer

I wouldn't go with either of the first two, the CPU's are overpowered in the wrong areas, the third one is ok, but I overall I suggest making it yourself.

I have little to no experience in making my own computer, sadly, do you know of anyone else's build that would be the best bang for my buck?

Making your own computer is actually pretty easy, there's a three part tutorial on youtube from newegg. "Newegg TV: How to build a computer"
