im runnning vista and 667 mhz ram ive been overclocking it to 1066 no cas change at all but yet when it is overclocked it actually is slower according to everst memory benchmark

that sounds like a very high overclock (is it even possible?)
what ram do you have and what voltage have you given the ram to get it that high?

stock ram from my old acer aspire m3100 stock voltage loose timings 5-5-5-15
can get it down to 3 cas thats alli touch on the timings at 1066

How have you got the 667 overclocked to 1066. Did you set it to 800 in the bios then run your bus up? What voltage is it running on?
