I really didn't know where to put this.

Every time I start my computer a window pops up asking to update 10bit or IObit,which ever it is.

What is it?
How do I get it off my computer?

How did it get on my computer?

It's a security program

Have you tried it out recently or maybe an uninstall went wrong.

Look under "Startup" for any entries.
Look in Add/Remove
Run "Regedit" and look in the "Run" or "Runonce" entries. Also search the registry for instances of "iobit" and delete them.

No,I haven't tried it out,I got AVG on it.I'll search for it and see if I can locate it.

Not in Add/Remove,but it is in the Programs folder.

Just delete it?

If there is no uninstaller then you will have to delete it and hope the file causing the popup is there. More than likely you will have to manually remove the registry entries that is causing the popup and then run something like CCleaner to tidy it up.
