can't play bf 4 with 200% scale resolution on 60 fps

Gigabyte geforce 1070 gaming G1

I core 5-6600k

which one should I replace for better fps

200 percent resolution scaling? What resolution are you running at now? 2x resolution is going to destroy your performance.
