I got a few of these for free with a purchase so thought I would try them out.

The issue I have is with 2 of them its like a tornado of air BUT its louder then one is there any way to slow a molex fan down?

Is there some way to set it up so it wont get the full voltages it requires and thus slow its max RPM down?

The site claimed 4 pin but its molex only.

I,ve had one of those, but blue. Put it as a side intake. Sounded like a Helicopter, sucked all the paper off my desk to the side of the stack. lol.

The easiest way I guess is see if you have a 6V fan connector on your board. Get a 4 pin molex to a 3 pin adaptor and plug it into that.

Yeah I got 2 of them on right now and I gotta say if you can live with the noise they really do the job...after I snipped the LED out that is ^-^

Dropped CPU by 4-6c on idle and highload by 8-10c even dropped my GPU by 6c. (added a 80mm under to shoot air out) I am getting my Antec 900 built soon but going to be using this one on her build.

I suppose there is no way to perhaps pop out 2 of the 4 molex to cut the power down?

I am starting to think the 80mm need to be plugged into my motherboard vs molex though....I think they are part of the issue as well.
