125 Mb file xfer?

I'm trying to send a 125 MB file to a friend of mine, we both have DSL, so we could do it quickly, but all my e-mail accounts have a limit on how big of a file you can send. is there any way for me to send him this?

FTP, or even use an instant messenger. there are also lots of applications that will do what you need, but i dont know which are free, you would have to research them

125MB isn't too big. I agree with Cleric and I'd just use something like AIM.
