hello 1st off my pc specs

GeForce gtx 970 gpu
16gb vengense 3300 MHz ram
sabertooth 990fx mobo
128gb ssd
2 western digital 1 tb hdd
windows 10
now my question is
my ssd is almost filled up I keep getting errors saying I have no more room so is there a way that I can get rid of the stuff I don't want I tried a program called advanced system uninstaller and also used the uninstall feature within windows but I still cant find the files/programs I want deleted is there a way for me to do so without restoring my pc?
