Basically I need recommendations for a $150 graphics card. It's for my primary box so it has to be AGP and have dual monitor support. Is XFX 6600GT okay?

yes that card will be fine. just make sure you have a good enough powersupply for the videocard.

My PSU is 250w, I may get a PCP&C Silencer410 Dell.

You would need a different PSU if you got that card, also look at how many Amps it has.

Thanks ckfordy, $120 will actually make me able to only afford a really cheap video card, but I may just get that PSU because I was having DVD burning probs when copying 1:1. Will prob also need a PSU upgrade to support a 3rd HDD.
