Why AMD?

With the Sandybridge CPU's currently available, I can't see why you would want to put an AMD rig together (especially with the 955BE). That was the processor that I had in my old rig.

If you really want AMD, then wait for Bulldozer to come out. It will at least push down the prices of current kit.

If I were you, I'd put together a system based around an i5 2500k.

It would also help if you said what you intend to use the system for.

Good Build except for the GPU.I love that case.

Also as for Cross Fire I would definately not recomend that.Go for a single GPU.
Try the GTX 580.I would strongly recomend and suggest a single card over a multi gpu config since it produces more heat and uses more power and also has a lot of driver issues and also sterically hinder your case. And a GTX 580 is way more than enough for any game maxed out at full HD resoultion.
As for CPU cooler you can try the Prolimatech Megahelms cheap and good. Also the Arctic Cooling Freezer and also the corsair A70.

Yea i just looked it up and it seems crossfire should be avoided if possible. Im just gonna get a 6970 instead to save cash. Also is the fan bay for the RAM really necessary, the LEDS dont match my case?

Finally someone else said it. There is absolutely no point in putting together an AM3 system with a 955BE at this moment in time. The architecture and socket are on their way out.

OK OK I HEAR YOU LOL. Sorry i missed your comments, but what is sandy bridge? I dont really know what your talking about.

Well just looked around on new egg and google and everyone seems to be agreeing with you. So i will try to find extra cash and make a new intel build. Thanks for the advice.

What's wrong with Phenom II 955? Very potent chip for the cash. The speed you need, fair price, no more or less cores than you're likely to use for a good while, easy overclocking options too. Also been around longer than sandybridge, so it's a tried and true performer.

Nothing wrong with it, like I said, I had one in my old rig. But as I also pointed out, it is old technology based on a socket that will soon be replaced. If it had been April last year, then it would've been a decent choice. But for someone looking to build a powerful system on a mid range budget at this moment in time, then it would be foolish to opt for a 955 over Sandybridge given the small price premium.

The 955 performs considerably less operations per clock cycle, so it is slower clock for clock and it has nowhere near the overclocking potential of an SB system. Plus it consumes more power and generates more heat. It has absolutely no redeeming features over a 2500k other than being slightly cheaper. If the OP really wants AMD, then they should wait for Bulldozer.

Bulldozer is AMD's next offering. Should compete with Sandybridge. Ivybridge is also just round the corner.

Honestly mate, don't bother with the 955.

Yea check out the new build i just posted please. I just watched a video and it looks to me like bulldozer is dual core only so idk what thats about.

Dont know why you think that. The first release will be 4/6 and 8 core. They are a modular twin core design, with two sets of pipelines with some independent and shared components.
