i use my computer for gaming, tv, cad, adobe premiere and photoshop as well as after effects. any opinions are appreciated

The difference would most likely be in benchmarks only . I do not think you will see any real-world performance boost.

thanks, anyone else with opinions? im thinking ill just stick with the ram i have right now. its timings are pretty good, and im happy with them so far. just was wondering if idi notice the difference when using adobe premiere

Honestly at those speeds it'll be minimal, if at all, even in benchmarking. especially considering the difference in latency (the cheaper Corsair are 11 cas, and the more expensive are 10, whereas your current ddr3 1600 are at 8)

just use the RAM you have. You will not see a difference worth the upgrade at all.

You can also overclock your RAM if you want to.

In everyday use(Surfing online, watching movies,etc..), no, you will not see any differences really. But you will get a nice little boost(you want notice, but games/software will.)When I OC'ed my ram from 9cas@1600 to 10cas@1833, my W.E score went up 2 points. 1600 to 2133 is a 1/3 boost in performance, and IMHO, you will see your programs be more snappy, respond faster. Also, out the three you listed, it comes to quality, which the corsair dominator platinum wins hands down.
