190 frame but when fraps down to 3 frame

when playing combat arms i got 190fps and can go to 200. menu screen is 1 thousand and 500 fps.

.....but when i hit the fraps it goes down to 3fps! yes 3!

this is insane and so not normal. anyone have any idea?

FRAPS uses a massive amount of CPU & HDD power because it spends most of its time encoding huge AVI files; what specs are they?

yeah i know fraps use power and lower your frame. i use it before. when recording it lower frame like 20 frame. say normally 60fps.. when you record it will be like 42fps. which is normal.

but 190fps normally and when record instantly down to 3fps? thats not normal. somethings wrong... on my end? or the game?

Do you have the newest version of fraps? If not then update

When ever I record with fraps my FPS get cut in half when I play MotoGP 3 I get 60FPS when I record something I only get 30FPS.
