The site says they reccommend a 450 watt power supply for this card. I have a 400 watt, would it be able to handle it? Ive got an amd 4200 and a gig of ram currently if that changes anything.
1950 power requirements?

I'm not sure if the x2 changes anything too much but usually there is some headroom with wattage... you could probably run everything on a 400w(with good amperage) but more than likely you'll encounter some problems.
you might get lucky and get ceewi1(i think that's his screen-name) to help you out, he seems to be the PSU master 'round these parts.

Im pretty sure that the x2 sucks just as much power as all the AMD processors.
