What budget do you have maybe we can come up with something better but we won't know if you don't say what kind of budget and things you already have (os or monitor etc)

If I was you, I'll buy a Quad Q6600 instead of E6700 adn it's only about 40 bucks more.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017. Just overclock for more performance. It will also save you from upgrading sooner..

My budget is like 900 and i already factored in the 89 dollar xp and have the monitor but i dont think i can brg the price up anymore.
The E6750 does look like a better solution for cpu.
