Basicly what started as a simple upgrade ended up as making a new computer in whole. The only thing I havent changed was the hard drive. Anyway I got everything in except the Cd-rom because I ordered it online and hasnt got here yet. But I plugged in the power and flipped the switch and nothing happend. The CPU fan didnt turn on nor did the hard drive. What I was testing was to see if it got power and to see the neon lights on my new case. Any suggestions to fix this?
