Use CPUZ, under the memory tab it will say. You have to multiply the number by two as it might say "400" it means its at 800mhz.

Under my BIOS/CMOS, i can't find where to change the FSB frequency.
I found where i can change the CPU host frequency and the fsb-memory ratio.
I also found where I can change the FSB voltage, is that what i want to do to OC the FSB?

yeah the "FSB" don't mess with the Vcore unless you got to. Im not sure about that mobo but there may be something like "System clocks" or something

i also found that i could change the multiplier from 6 to 8.
as it would deffinately cause more heat, that could cause some instability, right?

I dont have a bios just cmos lol and how do i get a bios if i dont have one XD.

look up the millions of tutorials online, then come back and ask questions.
