2.09 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.553 GHz?

Hello, I'm running a AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile on my laptop and when I checked to see if I could run a game on CanYouRunIt.com, it said under CPU speed: "You Have: 2.09 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.553 GHz"

What does that mean???

I was wondering the same thing. It means basically nothing. just like how windows rates your computer.

What I would guess is that it's saying that you have a 2.09GHz processor that is about as powerful as a 3.553GHz pentium 4. Since Pentium 4s have pretty much the lowest GHz/performance ratio, and a lot of people think that they're all-the-rage just because they have high GHz, the site probably tries to stress that your processor is just as powerful as the Pentium 4 clocked at 3.553GHz, just at a lower actual GHz level.
