2.26 GHz 8 w/ GB Ram Laptop Replacement

I'm looking for a used laptop to replace the following. What would be a similar or faster laptop with these specs?:
Sony Vaio VGN-FW250H/J T8400 2.26 GHz with 8 GB ram

Processor:

I wouldn't mind finding a used one for $200 - $400, I would like something to run sony vegas, dreamweaver, microsoft office, corel paint shop pro, and internet all at the same time while rendering under sony vegas. I am open on price, but don't want to spend more than $1,000

This laptop has a Core i5 4210u, which is a dual core with HT so four threads. It also has a dedicated video card for the editing and multitasking you spoke of, but to be very honest it probably isn't even necessary! I just think two comparable laptops, one with dedicated graphics and one with onboard, it's obvious which will have a long usable lifespan.
