Into the composition of the computer he is accessing 3 good monitors of course:) best GTX680 when not it some good Radeon with factory O/C or so which I can do O/C on. best on Amazon.co.uk or Novatech

Colouristically, of course the colour red.

I apologise too my bad but it is very bad English, but I am a Pole which only just can write and speak well in English

With your budget I would build this PC:
Total cost: £1705

Need an OS? +£100

The PC I've composed will be able to handle any game. With your budget I've chosen to go for a very high end power supply, which will serve you well for a long time.
You could add 2x4GB more RAM if you wanted, or you could go for 2x8GB instead, leaving room for more RAM in the future.
With either CPU cooler I've linked, you can overclock to 4.6GHz easily and remain cool - do that.
Both graphic cards are overclocked higher than ASUS DirectCU TOP by 40MHz and the Gigabyte cooler is very good.

Leaves plenty of cash left for monitors and such.

I think you would better off getting an i7 3770K and a good Z77 board instead of getting the 3930K and an X79 board. Just saves you some money.

I mean, the idea is that supposed to be good at BF 4 cores, so I wanted to take a 6-core processor to take. Do you think that the 4-core enough? 'Cause I know just the general 2x AMD FX-8150 Bulldozer : D

Well the 3770K has 8 threads, 4 cores. It's actually overkill for gaming anyway, so a 3930K is serious overkill. Just get the 3770K if you want an i7.
