Ok well what is better 2.5 gbs of memory running at 533 or 2gbs at 667?

I'd say 2GB of DDR667, most people aren't going to use more than 2GB of RAM now.

I'd go with the 2.5 gigs @ 533mhz...667mhz isnt that much faster, and plus capacity matters more than speed anyways(so they say)
