2 free IDE spots plus 2 CD-ROMs: Master or Slave??

My mother board has, like almost all motherboards, 2 IDE spots. As we all know, you can add 2 devices to one IDE, one as slave and the other master.

My hard drive is SATA and i wont need an IDE spot for it. I originally planned to make my cd writer master and dvd as slave. Now that i have an extra IDE should I connect each cd drive as master, or should i still keep one master and the other a slave on the same cable. then i'll have an empty IDE spot.

What should i do?

both cd drives as master
or
one master and one slave

I would go for both master. Installing the cd-rw and the dvd on separate IDE cables enables the write-on-the-fly when copying cds.

Or both slave ... it dont matter much, just put each device on its own IDE cable and you're set! :)
