2 good to be true?

i saw this monitor and had to question it, its only 175 after rebate and its a 19 inch monitor with a 4ms response time. I dont know much about monitors but i have figured out the lesser response times cost more. Does this monitor look good???

1. No manufatorer support

2. Rebate non existant

3.MOniter dies after a while.

I have never used the moniter before, but looking at the reviews its not that great...
