It all depends on your computer model if you can add another hard drive. Do you have a notebook? What is the model of your computer?

I do believe the motherboard model in your computer is an ASUS M2N68-LA

It has Serial ATA ports which means you can add a Serial ATA hard drive to your system (most modern hard drives are Serial ATA).

What is your price range on the hard drive you want to buy? Did you want to pay someone else to install a new hard drive or do you want to learn how to do it yourself?

Installing a new hard drive isn't very difficult. I don't have any time currently but I will try to find some information to post later for you. And how much did you want to spend on a new hard drive?

Edit: Here are two Serial ATA hard drives for you to choose from. You will also have to buy cables for the hard drive. I would buy two or three Serial ATA cables just in case you need some more in the future (they are only $2.90 a piece).

Link Depot SCREWS KIT - $4

GENERIC 18" 2-Head Red SERIAL ATA 150 Cable - $2.90

Seagate Barracuda Model ST3250310AS 250 gigabyte - $55

Seagate Barracuda Model ST3160815AS 160 gigabyte - $46

Oops, I forgot one more item you're going to need. You will need the below cord to power your hard drive.

OKGEAR 8" molex 4pin male to 15pin SATA power and molex 4pin female Cable - $3

Here are some instructions I've put together for installing a hard drive. If you have any questions just ask.

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is simply the discharge of built up static electricity. Electrostatic discharge however, should not be taken lightly when working with computers. Electrostatic discharge has the capability of causing enough damage to the components inside your computer to render it completely inoperable.
Only 10 volts of electro static discharge can damage computer components. Walking across a carpet can generate up to 12,000 volts of ESD (electro static discharge). Electro static discharge is especially a problem in dry and cold climates.

Electro Static Discharge can cause two types of damage in an electronic component: catastrophic failure and or upset failure. Catastrophic failure destroys a component beyond use. An upset failure damages the component so that is does not perform well even though it may function to some degree. Avoid touching chips or traces on any computer chips as you handle them. There is danger of electro static discharge damage.

Always place one hand on a bare, unpainted portion of the back of the computer before working inside the computer case to discharge any static electricity.

1) Turn off the computer.
2) Open the computer case after doing electro static discharge precautions. Remove both sides of the computer case for easier access.
3) Set jumper settings on the back of the hard drive for slave.
4) Find an open bay that the hard drive will fit inside.
5) Put the hard drive in a bay flush with the front of the bay.
6) Line up the drive with the bay screw holes and make sure everything will fit. Install four small screws (two on each side) to mount the drive in the bay. When installing a hard drive do not allow torque to stress the drive. Don't force a drive into a space that is too small for it.
7) Connect the power cord from the power supply to the hard drive.
8) Connect the serial ATA cord to the drive and to the serial ATA port on the motherboard.
9) Turn on the computer after installation is complete.
10) Press F1, F2 or the Delete key immediately on boot up to go into BIOS. Set the drive as a slave.
11) After you're sure the drive is working replace the side panels.
12) The hard drive will then need to be formatted before you can use it.

You don't need that whole kit I gave a link to in NewEgg, but you are going to need four screws to install the hard drive with. If there is a computer store located near you can go down and state you need four screws for installation of a hard drive. They shouldn't charge you anymore than $2 (if they do I wouldn't buy it).
